2) YZ type submerged slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure, the impeller is a semi-open impeller, and a stirring blade is arranged at the extension of the suction edge of the impeller.

The two series of pumps are mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, paper industry, cement plants, food factories, printing and dyeing and other industries to suck concentrate, heavy oil, oil residue, sewage liquid, slurry, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage drains, as well as streams containing mud and sand residue and corrosive liquids. 1. The YW type pump is a single-stage single-suction, submerged centrifugal pump. The hydraulic parts of the pump, the bearing body and the support plate are connected with a coupling. The liquid is excluded from the water outlet pipe parts. The impeller is a semi-open impeller. The well is located at the inlet extension of the impeller blade. There is a stirring blade that can transport the medium containing particles. The long submerged depth of the pump is 8m. When the submerged length exceeds 1.5m, a shaft connection structure should be adopted, and a rolling bearing grease should be installed near the shaft connection), which is connected by a coupling sleeve. The rolling bearing at the bottom of the pump is mechanically sealed from the liquid level and does not contact the liquid. The pump bearing has sufficient rigidity to ensure the smooth operation of the pump. If it runs in a deep well, a suction pipe can be added (specified in the contract).

The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient rigidity. There is no bearing between the impeller and the pump shell, and no shaft seal is used to transport the medium containing large concentrations of solid particles. The length of the pump inserted under the liquid is between 800-2000. If necessary, a suction pipe can be equipped. The shaft seal is operated by inserting a submerged pump into the liquid without a shaft seal.
