submersible pump
Submersible pump is an important equipment for deep well water lifting. When in use, the whole unit submerges into the water to work and extracts groundwater to the surface. It is used for domestic water, mine rescue, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting, ship transfer, and can also be used for fountain landscape.
Hot water submersible pumps are used for hot spring bathing, and can also be used to extract groundwater from deep wells, as well as water lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals. Mainly used for farmland irrigation and water for people and animals in high mountainous areas, and can also be used for central air conditioning cooling, heat pump units, cold pump units, cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction site drainage. The general flow can reach 5~ 650m3/h, and the lift can reach 10-550 meters.
Basic parameters of submersible pump
Including flow, head, pump speed, matching power, rated current, efficiency, outlet diameter, etc.
The complete set of submersible pumps consists of control cabinet, submersible cable, lifting pipe, submersible electric pump and submersible motor.
Main uses and scope of application of submersible pumps
Including mine rescue, construction and drainage, agricultural water drainage and irrigation, industrial water circulation, drinking water supply for urban and rural residents, and even rescue and disaster relief.
Main classification of submersible pumps
As far as the medium is concerned, submersible pumps can be roughly divided into three categories: clear water submersible pumps, sewage submersible pumps, and seawater submersible pumps (corrosive).
Installation method of submersible pump
1. Vertical vertical use, such as in general wells;
2. Oblique use, such as in roadways with slopes in mines;
3. Horizontal use, such as in a pool.
